Who this is

This site is run by Jamie Skinner, a self-employed sole trader based in Swansea, Wales, trading as Jamie Skinner Dev. Contact: jamieskinnerdev@yahoo.com.

What I collect

When you use the enquiry form on this site, your browser opens an email to send your name, business name, email address, and message directly to my inbox. I don't run a server-side database, and this site doesn't use tracking or analytics cookies.

Why I collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry about web design or maintenance services. I don't use your details for marketing unless you separately agree to that as part of an ongoing client relationship.

How long I keep it

Enquiry emails are kept in my inbox for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards for accounting purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask me to tell you what information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email me at the address above and I'll sort it promptly.

Third parties

This site is hosted by Netlify and the domain is registered through 123-reg. Neither receives your personal data through normal use of this site beyond standard web server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) collected for security and performance purposes.
